Sacha Inchi is a woody vine that grows well in hot and wet climates. It is native to the Amazonian Rainforests. The fruit has from 3 to 7 points. In each point there is a seed that when cold pressed yields an Oil that is 92% Omega 3,6,9. The left over seed is 60% Protein and it contains all 20 Amino Acids required for human health. This magnificent plant has been used for thousands of years in Peru however it has only recently been exported to the rest of the world.


The Oil is fresh and clean to taste with a slightly nutty aftertaste. It can be added to salads, smoothies, pasta and soups. The Protein Powder is perfect for smoothies, muesli and baking.
